Highway Chowk

This is the first name that comes to mind when market places of Rangia is talked about. One of the oldest chowk of the town, Highway Chowk has seen many changes during the last 30 years. The biggest fish market is found in Highway Chowk alone. 

Society Chowk

If you are fond of natural vegetables that are grown organically. Here you will find vegetable sellers that bring stuffs from their home or kitchen garden. Various local fruits and vegetables 
like ou tenga (elephant fruit), Kosu (Colocasia), Kordoi tenga, Robab Tenga, kolmou, helesi, koldil, carbide free banana, ripe papaya, vot jolokia (king Chillies),

Pitambar Hat Bajali 

This is a small afternoon shift market. Located in the western part of the town, this market is no easily accessible from The attraction of the market is local fishes and some home grown chemical free vegetables.

Some tribal women from the nearby areas also come here regularly to sell their vegetables. You can find snails especially during favorable season. 

The entire population of the town concentrates upon three major markets which are Highway Chowk, Society Chowk and Tiniali. 

Vatkuchi Bazaar

This a very small but daily bazaar. The main specialty of this market is the availability of local items. At present local fish which are nowhere to be seen you can get here.
