The climate of Assam suits the jetuka plant.
Jetuka has many medicinal properties. It is a cool paste and the juice of the jetuka is a cool substance to eat. Some people have the habit of taking 1 to 2 Tsp jetuka juice in the morning in empty stomach.
There is a great need to preserve and encourage growth of this plant. The shade of this plant is cool.
